Job summary

Flatirons FlexCare for Seniors in Lafayette, CO is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide at-home support to seniors. You will deliver personalized care, assist with daily activities, prepare meals, and monitor health, while building trust and meaningful connections.

We value reliability and empathy, offer flexible part-time and full-time schedules, and provide ongoing training in a supportive team environment. No prior caregiving experience required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Dependable, punctual, and professional.
• Reliable transportation and ability to drive.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to provide two forms of ID and work eligibility documentation.
• Willingness to enroll in direct deposit.
