You will assist with account documentation, research inquiries, and routine client communications while ensuring compliance with internal standards.

The role involves processing basic Trust transactions, preparing presentations, and supporting Trust Officers in client meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Accurate typing, spelling and grammar skills needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business field preferred.
• One year of Trust or related experience preferred.
• Proficiency with word processing, databases and spreadsheets essential.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine customer and internal account inquiries and research as needed.
• Communicate with clients and internal partners regarding account openings, closings, asset transfers, and fees.
• Create and maintain proper account documentation and files.
• Process basic Trust transactions.
• May perform basic cash and asset distributions from account closings.
