Trust Relationship Officer

A financial services company based in New York is looking for a Trust Relationship Officer to manage and oversee trust accounts, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. The role involves supporting banking and financial services operations to meet client needs, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, collaborating with internal teams to address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, monitoring account activities to identify and address potential risks or discrepancies, preparing and maintaining accurate documentation for trust accounts as required, ensuring timely communication with clients regarding account updates and changes, and providing exceptional service to clients in alignment with company standards.
