Hancock Whitney Corp. seeks a detail-oriented professional to process and reconcile complex trust transactions, supporting research items and guiding workflow within the department.
This role involves data entry on the Trust Accounting System, cash processing for checks, wires, ACH, and general ledger postings, with opportunities to assist staff and participate in department projects.
The incumbent processes and reconciles complex transactions for assigned system applications and performs the necessary administrative functions to support the department. Serves as a direct contact to support complex research items and provides workflow guidance. Participates as a member of project teams.
Serves as a trainer and guide for new hires and less experienced staff. Incumbents at this level may be in training for the next level of advancement. This job has no supervisory responsibilities but the incumbent could be a workflow leader
