Job summary

Devon Bank, a community-focused financial institution in the Chicagoland area, seeks a detail-oriented professional for Trust Operations. You will handle client accounts, post transactions, and reconcile positions across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment.

Required are strong numerical and communication skills, plus familiarity with Trust/Rite and GlobalWealth ES. Excel/Word proficiency and FDIC knowledge are desired; high school diploma is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail in handling system transactions, data input and reconciliations.
• Experience with Trust/Rite and GlobalWealth ES accounting software is a plus.
• Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Open and close client accounts; perform data input and updates.
• Post receipts, transfers and disbursements as directed by the Administrative Team.
• Reconcile security positions at custodians and mutual fund agents.
• Prepare daily/monthly cash reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Balance the GlobalWealth ES accounting system daily.
• Prepare Probate Court Inventories and annual Accountings.
