Role Description

The Trust Officer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Wall Township, NJ. The Trust Officer will administer trust and estate accounts, including reviewing documents, interpreting provisions, and ensuring compliance with fiduciary standards and company policies. This role involves developing and maintaining client relationships, understanding client goals, and providing guidance on trust, estate, and financial planning matters. The Trust Officer will collaborate with internal teams to coordinate investment management, cash flow needs, and account distributions, while monitoring account performance and documentation. Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, participating in client meetings, supporting business development efforts, and staying informed about relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
