Job summary

Amicorp Group in Miami is seeking a Trust Officer to manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities, serving as a trusted point of contact for clients, trustees, intermediaries and other stakeholders.

You will handle day‑to‑day administration, build lasting client relationships, prepare trustee resolutions and amendments, ensure files and structures are compliant, and collaborate across our international network to grow the portfolio.

Qualifications

• At least four years of experience in trust administration, fiduciary services, private client services, estate planning, or related corporate services.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and/or professional trust qualifications.
• A STEP qualification in Trust and Tax is a strong advantage.
• Strong knowledge of trust administration and international regulatory requirements.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, trustees, intermediaries and other stakeholders.
• Prepare and review trust and corporate documentation, including trustee resolutions and deeds of amendment.
• Ensure client files and structures remain accurate, complete and compliant.
• Support clients with international trust and corporate structures and provide practical solutions to complex matters.
• Ensure compliance with KYC requirements and international regulatory frameworks (CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, ESR).
• Collaborate with Compliance, Legal and Corporate Services across Amicorp’s international network.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support portfolio growth.

Amicorp Group is looking for a Trust Officer to join our Miami team! We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with international trust and corporate structures, building strong client relationships, and taking ownership of a diverse portfólio.

What will you be doing?

As a Trust Officer, you will manage a portfolio of trusts and corporate entities and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients, trustees, intermediaries, and other stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the day-to-day administration of trusts and corporate entities.
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and intermediaries.
• Preparing and reviewing trust and corporate documentation, including trustee resolutions and deeds of amendment.
• Ensuring client files and structures remain accurate, complete, and compliant.
• Supporting clients with international trust and corporate structures and identifying practical solutions to complex matters.
• Ensuring compliance with KYC requirements and international regulatory frameworks, including CRS, FATCA, BEPS, GAAR, and ESR.
• Collaborating with our Compliance, Legal, and Corporate Services teams across Amicorp’s international network.
• Identifying opportunities to strengthen existing client relationships and support portfolio growth.
