Compensation

Base pay range: $215,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on estate planning, wills, trusts, guardianships, and related matters
• Draft and review estate planning documents, including revocable/irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced healthcare directives
• Represent fiduciaries in probate, trust administration, and estate settlement proceedings
• Provide guidance on estate and gift tax planning strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive client solutions

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Admission to the New Jersey Bar (in good standing)
• 3+ years of experience in trust and estate law
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and discretion

Preferred Qualifications

• LL.M. in Taxation or Estate Planning
• Experience with high-net-worth estate and tax planning
