Qualifications

• Admitted to practice in New York State.
• J.D. degree from accredited law school.
• Strong knowledge of estate planning, trust administration, probate, and federal estate and gift tax principles.
• Excellent legal research, writing, drafting, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines with careful attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and client-service skills.
• Sound professional judgment and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients and sophisticated estate planning structures is preferred.

Actual compensation will depend upon a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s years of experience, qualifications, skill setand office location. Associates may also be eligible for a performance-based annual bonus.
