Buchalter PC is seeking a mid-level associate for its Litigation Practice Group in Los Angeles. We are currently seeking a mid-level associate to support our Los Angeles Office’s Litigation Practice Group. The ideal candidates will possess 2-5 years of recent litigation experience from a law firm and experience with trust and probate litigation or a strong willingness to learn trust and probate litigation. Experience handling trust or probate disputes in California courts is a plus, as well as related administrative or drafting experience involving trusts and estate plans. Candidates should be licensed to practice in California, have strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials.

Pay Scale: The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160-$210k, with bonus potential of up to $106,000. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range, and the potential for bonus and bonus amount, will depend on candidate’s years of practice and experience and performance.
