Job summary

Frost is seeking a Trust Advisor III in Fort Worth, TX to administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts and build deep client relationships with integrity and care.

You will mentor others, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide clients toward clear goals while delivering exceptional service. A strong background in trust administration and relevant degrees is required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of trust administration experience, OR Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with 3+ years of trust administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience administering complex fiduciary accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Responsibilities

  • Review and administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with governing documents
  • Manage client relationships by understanding needs, maintaining regular client contact and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall experience
  • Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters
  • Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking updates and documenting exceptions
  • Lead and mentor other account administrators to ensure effective team collaboration
  • Act with integrity, caring, and excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

Who you are:

As a Trust Advisor III with Frost, it’s all about building relationships. You will be responsible for administering a portfolio of complex trust accounts, ensuring that each account operates effectively. You know the importance of being there for your customers and fully understanding their needs. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.

What you’ll do:

  • Review and administer a portfolio of complex fiduciary accounts in accordance with the governing documents
  • Manage client relationships by fully understanding their needs, maintaining regular client contact (including attendings with clients and potential clients as appropriate) and proactively driving asset re-discovery while delivering an excellent overall experience
  • Profile clients and establish goals, objectives, and risk parameters
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and internal policies by tracking operative updates and appropriately documenting exceptions
  • Lead and mentor other account administrators, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure effective team collaboration and achievement of departmental goals
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of trust administration experience, OR Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school with 3+ years of trust administration experience
  • Demonstrated experience administrating complex fiduciary accounts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Additional Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency in trust accounting systems
  • CTFA, CFP, or similar professional designation
