Argent Financial Group is seeking a Trust Administrator to manage trust and investment accounts with fiduciary discretion. You will maintain close client relationships, acting as the primary contact for trust matters and ensuring high-level service.

You will navigate governing instruments, regulatory requirements, and coordination with clients’ advisors, while upholding strict confidentiality and accuracy in records and reports.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting or finance or equivalent work experience.
  • Two or more years’ experience in financial services, investments, tax or legal field.
  • Knowledge of trust documents, regulatory standards and fiduciary duties.
  • Strong written and oral communication and client service mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration of trust and investment accounts within assigned books.
  • Serve as primary contact for clients on trust account relationships.
  • Maintain understanding of governing instruments (trusts, wills, modifications).
  • Adhere to risk and regulatory standards, escalate risk issues when needed.
  • Manage client communications, transactions, and inquiries with high service levels.
  • Coordinate with CPAs and attorneys for client needs.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals and reports for reviews.

Job description

A Trust Administrator plays a crucial role in the management and administration of trust and investment accounts, demonstrating expertise in fiduciary discretion and adherence to regulatory standards. You will maintain close client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for trust matters, and ensuring high-level client service.

Job Location:
  • Support the administration of trust and investment accounts within assigned books through demonstrated proficiency
  • Maintain understanding of governing instruments including trust agreements, wills, modification documents, etc. as applicable to client base.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for the client on the trust account relationship
  • Understand and adhere to the company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls. Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
  • Manage client communications, transactions, and inquiries, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with clients’ external professional advisors including CPAs and attorneys.
  • Prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports for meetings and reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and documentation related to client interactions and transactions.
  • Support trust administration tasks such as client onboarding, account maintenance, regulatory compliance, and client reviews.
  • Understand and maintain current knowledge of regulatory requirements and Federal and state law concerning trust and estates as well as industry standards and practice
