BBSI is seeking a Truss Plant Manager in Northern California to oversee truss fabrication, procurement, and project execution. The role emphasizes integrity, responsibility, and excellence, with a focus on client communication and team leadership.

Expect a full-time schedule, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with possible evenings or weekend work as duties demand. DOE base salary ranges from $100,000 to $120,000 plus bonus potential.

Job description

We are seeking a skilled Truss Plant Manager to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in truss fabrication, procurement, team coordination, and client communication. The Plant Manager will play a key role in overseeing project execution, ensuring successful outcomes, and fostering a culture of integrity, responsibility, and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive project scopes, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client needs and company goals.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation, optimizing team performance and efficiency.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks, implementing proactive solutions to potential issues.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
  • Facilitate effective communication between sales and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Foster strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are:

Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Required Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree and/or 5+ years of construction industry experience or any similar combination of education and experience.

Compensation

Base Salary - $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) + bonus potential
