Job summary

Pro Staffing Solutions is seeking a Truss Designer on-site to produce roof and floor truss layouts, read architectural plans, and ensure designs meet codes and standards. You will collaborate with sales and production to deliver manufacturable solutions with strong attention to detail.

The role requires 2+ years of truss design experience and proficiency with truss design software, plus the ability to read structural drawings and communicate effectively. On-site work is a must.

This role is a hands-on design role with no direct management responsibilities, working closely with sales and production to deliver code compliant, manufacturable solutions. If you have strong attention to detail and accuracy,
