Tindell's Building Materials in Knoxville is seeking a Truss Builder to assemble roof and floor trusses for new construction projects. The role offers on-the-job training with a starting wage of $18/hour.

You will follow engineering specs, work with a team, and contribute to on-time deliveries while maintaining a clean, safe workspace. Benefits include weekly pay and a supportive shift environment.

Responsibilities

What Youll Build

As a Truss Builder - Roof and Floor Trusses - We will train!, youll help assemble roof and floor trusses for new construction homesbuilt to spec from our Engineering team so builders can stay on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble trusses to provided specifications
• Complete assignments from your Supervisor on time to meet the manufacturing schedule
• Make sure plates are set correctly and finished orders are properly banded
• Mark bundles clearly with job name and job number
• Keep equipment and your work area neat and in good working order
