Truss Pros Company, a Division of USLBM Is Seeking a Truss Assembler to join their team in Pipestone, MN!

How you will spend your day as a Truss Assembler:

1. Assembling precut wooden parts
2. Moving precut parts to work areas and positioning parts in alignment with supervisors’ instructions and blueprint specifications
3. Lifting and laying out precut lumber (top, bottom chords) onto the build table.
4. Verify dimensions of precut parts for accuracy of assembly
5. Utilize hammers, saws, pneumatic nail and staple guns to connect parts
6. Ability to stand for 8-10+ hour work shifts.
7. Ability to lift up to 75lbs consistently and bend, twist, squat and reach throughout work shift
8. Must have the drive to learn.
9. Team focused approach to work.
10. Excellent work ethic and attendance.
