Job summary

Golden Pahrump Lakeside, LLC is seeking a True Rewards Representative to support daily True Rewards operations with exceptional guest service. You will enroll members, explain benefits, issue cards, process vouchers, and assist with PIN resets while staying informed on events and promotions.

In this role you will handle guest inquiries, resolve account issues, and uphold company standards for service. A fast-paced environment requires teamwork and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience in a similar guest service or casino role preferred.
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork attitude.
  • Proficient with computer systems and basic software (MS Office).

Responsibilities

  • Enroll new members and explain benefits such as cashback, promotions, and player incentives.
  • Issue and reissue player cards, process cash/comp vouchers, and assist with PIN resets.
  • Review daily event calendar and communicate current activities and promotions.
  • Respond to guest questions and complaints related to True Rewards accounts.
  • Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner and maintain a clean work area.

You assist with club enrollments, manage member concerns, and communicate property promotions.
