Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Stocking Associate to perform merchandise stocking duties in Receiving and on the Sales Floor. You will unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain back stock while ensuring excellent customer service.

The role requires basic math, friendly communication, and the ability to read UPC codes. Part-time benefits include dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and more. Starting pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.75 per hour.

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Stocking Associate performs various merchandise stocking duties both in Receiving & on the Sales Floor.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Supports a strong commitment to world class customer service and ensures a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers.
• Organizes and manages back stock daily.
• Replenishes product on shelves and in back stock as required per Merchandising guidelines.
• Unloads trucks as needed.
• Remains Product “expert” through ongoing product knowledge training.
• Remains knowledgeable of advertised sales and plan-o-grams.
• Assists with pricing maintenance and signing.
• Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies.
• Follows all Company Policies and Procedures.
• ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:

Starting Pay Rate: $15.00 - $17.75
