Job summary

Pilgrim is seeking a qualified maintenance technician to service heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and diesel forklifts. The role involves performing routine preventative maintenance and preparing work orders for any defects found. Other duties may be assigned.

Candidates should have their own tools, 12 months of mechanic experience, and be able to lift 60-70 pounds. CDL is a plus, and flexibility for overtime or weekend work may be required.

Skills and Experience

• Must have own tools and tool chest
• CDL’s a plus
• Good mechanic and electrical abilities
• 12 months mechanic experience
• Dependable as demonstrated by past work history
• Excellent attendance policy (policy applies)
• Able to lift 60-70 pounds
• Able to work with little or no supervision
• Ability to work well with other partners, supervisors and managers
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule. Including overtime and weekends if necessary
