Qualifications

• Experience leading truck service, diesel repair, or related service center operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of heavy-duty truck and trailer systems.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role; ideally in truck stop or logistics environments.
• Hands-on leadership style with ability to train and inspire a diverse team.
• Comfort using scheduling, work order management, and parts inventory systems.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree preferred.
