Job summary

LV Petroleum in Rogers, AR is seeking an Assistant Shop Manager to support the Truck Services Manager in daily Truck Shop operations. You will supervise technicians, ensure excellent customer service, and uphold safety and quality standards.

You will coordinate operations, train staff, monitor workflow, assist with inventory and service delivery, and handle customer concerns. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in management is preferred.
• 3+ years in a truck service or automotive environment, supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing Truck Services operations and enforce policies.
• Supervise and train staff to promote teamwork and excellent service.
• Monitor workflow and support troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repair.
• Ensure equipment safety and maintenance aligns with standards.
• Oversee inventory, ordering supplies, and timely service delivery.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
• Perform Truck Services Manager duties in their absence.
