Charger Logistics Inc. in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a motivated Service Department leader to oversee shop operations and coordinate repairs for our fleet.

As a foreman, you will diagnose truck components, write repair orders, assign jobs, supervise technicians, and ensure on-time completion while maintaining safety and quality. CDL preferred but not required; DOT/MTO knowledge is a plus. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a shop foreman or lead mechanic.
• Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of DOT/MTO rules is a plus.
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
• Able to read repair orders and coordinate parts and labor.
• Must be willing to work extra hours as needed.
