Job summary

LV Petroleum is hiring a Truck Service Advisor for our Hudson, WI location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing work orders and OTC transactions, and coordinating quotes and payments.

You will source parts from vendors and manage end-of-shift reporting while maintaining safety for customers and staff. The position requires strong communication, prior cashier/customer service experience, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous cashier and customer service experience; experience in repair or parts shop preferred.
• Strong suggestive selling skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays in interior and exterior conditions.
• A valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Write, detail, and process Work Orders and OTC transactions; prepare ETA Work Order; secure Purchase Orders; prepare and communicate quotes to customer.
• Source parts from outside vendors and coordinate delivery.
• Prepare end of shift drop and shift reports; understand various payment types.
• Maintain the safety of both customers and team members.
