Morgan Truck Body in Morgantown, PA is seeking an Automotive Painter on the 2nd shift to transform raw builds into road-ready trucks with high-quality finishes. You’ll prep surfaces, mix colors, apply finishes, read blueprints, and maintain paint tools, while safety and quality standards guide every step.

Qualifications

• Basic math and ability to read a tape measure.
• Comfort with basic computer skills to support workflow and documentation.
• Familiar with common paint tools and their proper use.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints for special paint applications.
• Ability to apply measurements accurately throughout the job.

Responsibilities

• Paint full truck bodies and components (cab, trailer, chassis) to customer specs.
• Operate cup gun, pressure pot, plural system, and airless sprayer with precision.
• Apply diverse color finishes accurately and consistently.
• Read blueprints/work orders to ensure prep and finish alignment with requirements.
• Set up and perform maintenance on paint tools and equipment.
• Adhere to safety and quality checks and maintain a clean workspace.
