Job summary

UniFirst is seeking a reliable Production Team Partner to join our Springfield, MO operation. You will load garments and facility items onto trucks for route deliveries, while following safety policies.

This is a 1st shift, full-time role with on-the-job training and weekend-off schedule. We offer competitive hourly pay plus benefits including 401K with company match, profit sharing, health insurance, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, life insurance, employee discount, and referral bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED equivalent preferred.
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using standard US units.

Responsibilities

• Load garments and facility products onto trucks for deliveries.
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management.
