Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is hiring a Truck Jockey in Irving, TX to move trucks and trailers between yards and docks. The role includes shuttling between facilities, local vendor pickups, and ensuring trailers are correctly positioned and locked. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

The position offers a full-time shift from 10:00pm and includes benefits as listed in the company overview. CDL A is required and physical exertion is expected daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid Commercial Driver’s License A (CDL A) required.
• Lift, push and pull a minimum of 50lbs repeatedly.
• Prior experience jockeying trucks minimum of 48 feet.

Responsibilities

• Shuttle loaded trailers to the facility and return with empty trailers to be reloaded.
• Move trailers of shells and return the empties to be loaded.
• Have empties in the appropriate docks to be loaded.
• Ensure all trailers that are put in the dock are properly locked.
• Keep the flow of loaded trailers removed from the dock and replaced by empties as to not slow down the loading process.
• Provide yard checks as needed for trailer inventory.
• Operate a forklift as needed.

Shift and Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday-Friday
• 10:00pm until Finished
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required

Position Responsibilities

Total Rewards

• Pay starting at $27.01 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $28.48 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.
