Goodwill Industries-Knoxville is hiring a Truck Helper at our Middlebrook warehouse in Knoxville, TN. This full-time, non-exempt role supports the truck driver with loading and unloading while delivering friendly service to donors and customers.

Ideal candidates are energetic, flexible, and able to pass a pre-employment drug screen. The position may involve warehouse duties or forklift training as needed.

Qualifications

• Energetic, flexible candidate with good customer service skills.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to assist with loading/unloading and help on forklift or other equipment may be trained.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Truck Driver with safe loading and unloading of products.
• Provide excellent customer service to coworkers, donors, and the public.
• May work in the warehouse when not on the truck; may be trained to operate forklift or pallet jack.
