• Experience with data analysis and reporting to improve logistics performance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and execute truck movements, optimize routes and backhauls to improve network efficiency.
• Establish KPIs to measure transportation optimization, service levels, and cost efficiency.
• Negotiate and manage carrier relationships; onboard new service providers.
• Develop freight spend analysis tools to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve decisions.
• Collaborate with operations, warehousing, and customer service to coordinate with carriers.
• Oversee price risk management for truck freight balancing capacity, service, and spend.
• Approve freight invoices and perform variance analysis; implement improvements.
• Lead standardized freight management processes across the organization.
• Lead transportation technology initiatives and manage daily local execution.
