Job summary

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or Associate Degree in Transportation.
• Three years of recent, related experience.
• Valid Wisconsin Class A CDL and acceptable driving record.
• Subject to FVTC's MVR Check Disclosure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and train students in the Truck Driving program.
• Schedule and administer student road evaluations.
• Train and develop students in pre/post trip inspections and driving.
• Assess student ability to operate CMVs safely on ranges and roads.
• Participate as a team member in Truck Driving programs and training.
• Provide emergency driving and skid-control instruction as required.
• Maintain equipment and facility readiness for training.
• Administer third-party road tests as CDL Examiner.
• Ensure facility and bay safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
