Job summary

Covenant Transport, Inc. is offering a trainee driver program in North Carolina. You must have a Class A CDL to start; no experience required. You will earn $600 per week while training with a dedicated trainer and learn from industry leaders.

Post-training promotions are rapid with earnings potential up to 0.66 CPM after six months and 5,000–6,000 miles weekly. Benefits include medical, dental, life, and a 401(k). Orientation is available Monday/Wednesday or online.

Qualifications

• We require a Class A license to start; no prior trucking experience needed.
• Participation in Covenant's trainee program with training pay.
• Orientation and onboarding available online or on-site.

Responsibilities

• Work with a trainer to learn operations and safety procedures.
• Complete the trainee program and demonstrate proficiency.
• Meet mileage and promotion milestones after training.
