Job summary

Covenant Transport in Washington is seeking trainees for their excellent training program. No experience is necessary, but a valid Class A License is required to start. During training, you will earn $600 per week while learning from experienced trainers.

Promotions occur quickly based on performance, starting at .55 CPM after training. Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan participation are offered after 60 days of active service.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class A License; no experience needed.
• Must have no more than one serious traffic violation in the last year.
• Must have no critical accidents in the last year.
• Must have no DUI offenses in the last four years.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the training program while earning $600 per week.
• Drive with a trainer and learn industry practices.
• Achieve quickest promotions in the industry based on performance.

We will pay you $600 per week while you go out with a trainer and learn from the best.

Pay and earning potential during training:

• $600 per week while in the training program
• Earn $75 for each clean DOT inspection received
• Quickest promotions in the industry: .55 CPM after training, .62 CPM at 90 days, and .66 CPM at your 6‑month mark

Training and Schedule

Orientation is offered every Monday and Wednesday. You may also start on any day with an online orientation.

Teams average 5,000‑6,000 miles a week and guaranteed home time – if you finish early we pay for the time.
