JBS Carriers, Inc. is seeking CDL-A dedicated truck drivers for specialized loads from CACTUS, TX to CHINO, CA, with weekly home time and both team and solo opportunities.

Earn $160,000–$166,000 per year (split pay) plus weekly $3,200 split pay, detention/lumper/breakdown pay at $16.50/hr, and a monthly safety bonus. Benefits begin after 60 days; tuition reimbursement and anniversary pay are offered. Orientation starts online at your local terminal.

Qualifications

• CDL-A with at least 1 year tractor-trailer experience.
• Requires experience driving 48–53 ft trailers.
• Mentor and training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year.

Responsabilités

• Operate TEAMS or SOLOS on the CACTUS, TX to CHINO, CA route with no extra stops or pickups.
• Maintain safety and compliance while delivering specialized loads.
• Participate in orientation and mentor programs as needed.

Pay & Bonuses

• Team Drivers Earn $3,200 per week (split pay)
• Team Drivers Earn $160,000 - $166,000 per year (split pay)
• Detention pay of $16.50 per hour
• Layover pay of $16.50 per hour
• Breakdown pay of $16.50 per hour
• Paid lumpers (no driver unloads unless they choose to)
• Eligible for monthly safety bonus
• Up to a $3,100 bonus per driver referral: $50 every week of your referred driver's first year, $500 bonus when your referred driver hits 3 months

CDL-A Dedicated Truck Driver Requirements

• At least 21 years old
• CDL-A with 1 year tractor trailer experience
• Must have 48‑53’ tractor trailer experience
• Mentor and Training programs available for drivers with less than 1 year of experience
