GEX Transport is seeking Class A truck drivers for local routes with home daily schedules and steady weekly earnings. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for experienced drivers.

Semi-local shifts run IL/IA/MI with 10–11 hour days, 50–55 hours per week, and 1–2 nights out. Inspections, safety compliance, and timely deliveries are core duties.

Formación

• Minimum age of 21 and valid CDL Class A license.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Moving violations: no more than 2 in the last 3 years.

Outlook.

Class A Truck Drivers Local Home Daily for experienced drivers.

Compensation: $1600 to $1800 per week...$10,000 sign on bonus.

Semi Local: Wednesday to Sunday., Start Times: 6pm to 10pm.

Average 10 to 11 hour workday., Avg. hours worked weekly 50-55.

Drivers are out in the truck 1-2 nights/week.

Operating Area:

Drivers on this semi local job will operate in IL, IA, and MI.

Miles per week:

1885., No Touch Freight.

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21, Valid CDL Class A license.


• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen., Urine Test.


• Moving Violation: No more than 2 in the last 3 years.


• Warnings on PSP will count towards moving violations.


• Accident: No more than 3 minor accidents/incidents in the past 3 years.


• No more than 3 incidents in the last 3 years.


• Tickets: No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets.


• No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience.


• Felonies: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.Felony drug charges must be outside of 7 years.


• Misdemeanors: All criminal convictions are reviewed on an individual basis as part of an overall review of the file.


• DUI/DWI: No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.


• If Driver has 2 DUI's, they will be considered if both are prior to 2002.
