Job summary

Ferrellgas is seeking a dependable CDL Driver for a Seasonal role in Madison, WI to deliver propane to homes, farms, and businesses. You will represent Ferrellgas with safety-minded service and professionalism on local routes, ensuring customers stay warm and satisfied.

Seasonal bonus perks apply, plus paid training and PTO. Home nightly routes are emphasized, with opportunities for additional hourly pay for seasonal and part-time drivers.

Qualifications

• Previous truck driving experience preferred.
• Class A or B CDL with HAZMAT and Tanker Endorsement, or ability to obtain quickly.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Good driving record.
• Physically able to lift up to 60 pounds in all weather conditions.
• Must be a US citizen or eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Safely deliver propane to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
• Lead with teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
• Provide friendly, professional service as the face of Ferrellgas in your community.
• Operate propane trucks and equipment following all DOT and company safety standards.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate delivery logs.
• Support customers with questions about deliveries, accounts, and propane safety.
• Take part in an on-call rotation for after-hours or weekend emergency deliveries.
