Job summary

Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is seeking experienced truck drivers for regional routes with home weekly. The position serves the Eastern Coast and averages about 1,900 miles per week, delivering freight on schedule while staying out five days and home two.

The role requires a valid CDL A, clean MVR, and the ability to pass a DOT drug screen. Candidates must meet moving violation and accident standards and follow company policy on DUIs and felonies.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).
• No DUIs in a Commercial vehicle ever; no more than 2 DUIs in a lifetime; no DUIs within the past 5 years.
• No major preventable accidents in CMV in the past 5 years; up to 3 in the past 3 years.

$1530 to $2190 per week.

Home Weekly

Day Off, Tues/Wed or Wed/Thurs: Out for 5 days and home for 2 days.

Operating Area:

Eastern Coast.

Miles per week:

1900

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.

Moving Violation:

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.

Accident:

• No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years.
• Rollover.
• Personal vehicle or company vehicle count.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.

Terminations:

• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Felonies and Misdemeanors:

• Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.

DUI/DWI:

• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
