Job summary

Overhaul Carriers is seeking a Class A driver for a home-weekly position in Central and Southern Florida. You will unload freight using conveyors, perform pre/post trip inspections, and deliver on time across a 3-5 stop load cycle with 3-4 turns per week.

The role offers a weekly pay of $1,400 to $1,600, mandatory DOT drug screen, and a clean MVR. Applicants must meet moving-violation and background criteria and have a valid CDL A license.

Objective

Pay

$1400 to $1600 per week.

Home Weekly

5 out and 2 days home with your family.

Operating Area

central and southern FL: surrounding area of Miami, Fort Meyers, FL Keys, Tampa, Orlando. All dry freight. 3-4 turns per week with an average of three to five stops per load.

Duties

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Moving Violation

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.
• No Careless/Negligent Driving Violations, in past 3 years.
• No Reckless Driving Violations, in past 5 years.

Terminations

• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Felonies and Misdemeanors

• Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.

DUI/DWI

• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
