Job summary

GEX Transport is seeking CDL A drivers for home weekly routes across the OR, WA and Western MT regions. You will unload freight using roller conveyors and manage timely deliveries with precise logkeeping.

Expect an average weekly pay of $2,100 to $2,550, with 3 loads per week and 3 stops. Home weekly: 5 out and 2 days at home with family. Safety, DOT compliance, and on-time performance are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Experience Drivers: Over the Road or Regional experience.

Account: $2100 to $2550 per week.

Home Weekly: 5 out and 2 days home with your family, (Operating Area: OR, WA and Western MT).

Load: 3 loads per week and 3 stops average.

Duties:

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation and Communicate clearly with dispatch and driver managers.

Requirements:

• Valid CDL Class A license.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (Urine and Hair Follicle Test).

Moving Violation:

• No more 3 in the last 3 years.

Accident:

• No major preventable accidents in a CMV in the the past 5 years.
• Rollover.
• Personal vehicle or company vehicle count.
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in a CMV in the past 3 years.

Terminations:

• Drivers termed from their last 2 Driving jobs (Class A or B) will not qualify.

Felonies and Misdemeanors:

• Class A Felony, Must be 10 years old from the date of arrest/conviction and be reviewed.
• Class B or C, Must be outside 7 years from the conviction date.

DUI/DWI:

• No DUI's in a Commercial vehicle ever.
• No more than 2 DUI's in a lifetime.
• No DUI's within the past 5 years.
