Job summary

Arcwood Environmental, LLC is seeking an experienced Truck Driver for OTR duties across the United States. You will operate semi-vans, tankers and roll-off trucks, following dispatch routes and safety protocols.

A high-school diploma is required, along with 3+ years of Class A CDL driving experience and Hazmat/Tanker endorsements. Arcwood emphasizes health, safety and customer service while offering competitive benefits and a robust environment for growth.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-vans, tankers and roll-off trucks as required.
• Complete assigned routes with loaded tankers to disposal facility.
• Inspect vehicle and equipment before daily trips and fuel as needed.
• Complete manifests and other DOT documents for every load.
• Maintain logbooks for DOT compliance and state/federal regulations.
• Transport waste materials to customer sites and disposal facilities.
• Represent the company with courtesy toward customers.
• Take on additional duties to support the team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Truck Driver, Over-the-Road (OTR)

• Starting Pay $0.70 to $0.74 CPM depending on experience

• $4,000 sign on bonus

Our Truck Drivers operate semi-vans, tankers and roll-off trucks as required.

• Prioritizes health and safety by adhering to policies, processes, and maintaining safe practices at all times
• Completes assigned routes as designated by Transport dispatchers with loaded tankers consisting of customer materials to be transported to a disposal facility
• Prior to driving transportation equipment/vacuum trucks, prepares for daily trip by inspecting vehicle and equipment, fueling truck, and ensuring all equipment is in excellent operating order
• Completes manifests, Company documents, and other marking and placarding documents for every load managed
• Maintains logbook for DOT compliance and State and Federal regulations
• Drives to the customer site to collect waste material and/or transport hazardous and non-hazardous waste material to facility for unloading and disposal
• Acts as Company representative with courtesy towards every customer
• Takes on additional duties as assigned to support the team and organization
