CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy

• Pay:
• Drivers earning $70,000 - $75,000 Annually
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & Annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase

Maximized Home Time

Montgomery drivers enjoy a guaranteed 34 hours of home time but are averaging 46-53 hours! We use analytics to track and ensure your quality of life and family time.

Loyalty Pay Details

• Path to Success Pay = $5,000 in first 120 days!
• Weekly breakdown: $1,500 in week 1 and 2, plus mileage; $1,000 at 90 and 120 days, plus mileage
• Starting pay: $.53 CPM base; loyalty increases to $.54 and $.55 CPM for 1 and 2 years respectively

Job Requirements

• 1-year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three moving violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
