Experience CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers: Choose your preferred pay method at Montgomery! Drive, earn, and enjoy flexibility with commodities and lanes. Options include percentage or CPM pay, with earnings of $70,000 - $75,000 annually.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual pay: $70,000 - $75,000
• Base pay: $0.53 - $0.55 CPM + OD Pay & tenure increase
• Line Haul: 27% of Line Haul or increased weekly minimum pay

Job Requirements

• 1 year CDL-A OTR and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or accidents in 3 years
• No DUI in past 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus
