CDL-A Flatbed Truck Drivers Enjoy:

• Pay:
• Annual earnings of $70,000 - $75,000
• $0.53 - $0.55 CPM in base pay + OD Pay & annual $0.01 CPM tenure pay increase
• OR
• Choose 27% of Line Haul
• Increased weekly minimum pay: $1,200 (1-2 years), $1,300 (2+ years)

Maximized Home Time:

Guaranteed 34 hours, averaging 46-53 hours per week, supported by analytics tracking to ensure quality of life.

Loyalty Pay Structure:

• Path to Success Pay: $5,000 in first 120 days, broken down as follows:
• Week 1: $1,500
• Week 2: $1,500 + mileage
• 90 Days & 120 Days: $1,000 + mileage

Starting pay: $.53 CPM; loyalty increases to $.54 and $.55 CPM after 1 and 2 years respectively.

Job Requirements:

• 1-year CDL-A OTR experience and 6 months flatbed experience
• No more than three violations or at-fault accidents in past three years
• No recent DUI within 10 years
• Steel coil hauling experience is a plus but not required
