Job summary

Cavalier Logistics is seeking a full-time Truck Driver (non-CDL) for local and over-the-road deliveries. This role involves safe operation of company equipment, timely delivery to customers, and occasional warehouse work as needed.

Requirements include at least 2 years of experience, a good driving record, ability to lift up to 70 pounds, strong customer service skills, and the ability to pass a drug test and background check. Health and retirement benefits are provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive a 26-foot box truck to transport and deliver both general and specialized cargo, goods or materials in liquid, loose, packaged or palletized form.
• Local and over the road delivery of both general and specialized freight in accordance with DOT regulations and company's SOPs to ensure timely delivery on both regular and ad hoc runs.
• Keeping and maintaining logs of activities in accordance with DOT regulations as to the hours driven and condition of vehicle.
• Reporting information to dispatcher via cell phone or computer on schedule, road conditions, weather, mechanical or other important situations or conditions which may adversely impact delivery deadline.
• Occasional warehouse work by be required.

Cavalier Logistics is seeking a full-time Truck Driver (non-CDL) for local and over the road deliveries. This position will be responsible for the safe operation of company equipment and timely, courteous delivery of product to our customers. Occasional warehouse work may be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive a 26-foot box truck to transport and deliver both general and specialized cargo, goods or materials in liquid, loose, packaged or palletized form.
• Local and over the road delivery of both general and specialized freight in accordance with DOT regulations and company's standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure timely delivery on both regular and ad hoc runs.
