Job summary

GAATCO is seeking a regional CDL-A driver to cover the Front Royal, VA area with routes across VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH and WV within a 700-mile radius.

The role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus paid over 6 months, average weekly earnings about $1,750 and top performers up to $2,000; 34‑hour home time; 100% touch freight unload; 1‑week ride-along training paid at $150/day.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 months CDL-A experience
• Able to pass the hair follicle drug test
• Clean MVR, No SAP
• Must be available for nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Operate regional routes within VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV within 700 miles of Front Royal, VA
• Maintain approximately 1100 miles per week with 1–6 stops per trailer
• Perform 100% touch freight unloading with box-by-box handling
• Participate in a 1-week paid ride-along training at $150/day

Job

• $2,500 sign-on bonus paid in instalments over 6 months.

  Pay: Up to $1.44/mile, with average weekly earnings of $1,750 and top performers earning up to $2,000/week.

  
  

  Additional Pay: $265/full trailer unload + $15/stop, $125 weekly bonus for 3+ loads, and $35/backhaul.

  
  

  Total Earnings: Competitive regional pay with multiple opportunities to increase weekly income through accessorial bonuses.

  
  



• Home Time: Weekly for a 34-hour reset




• Touch Freight: 100% touch freight driver unload (box by box via rollers)




• Training: 1 week ride along paid at $150/day




• Mileage: Mileage: average 1100 miles per week, 1-6 stops per trailer




• Running Area: VA, NC, DC, PA, NJ, OH, WV all within 700 miles of the Front Royal, VA DC
