Job summary

Overhaul Carriers Ltd. is seeking Class A truck drivers for flatbed runs with weekend home time. The role requires 1 year of OTR/Regional experience for trainees, or 6 months of flatbed plus 1 year OTR/Regional for experienced drivers. Compensation is $1,400–$1,600 per week plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers.

Expect 5 days on the road with 2 days at home, tarp/strap loads, and strict adherence to DOT standards. CDL is required and a clean MVR is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen.
• Moving violation: no more than 3 in the last 3 years.
• Accident: no more than one at fault.
• Recent at-fault rollover in the past year.
• No failed DOT alcohol/drug tests lifetime.
• Terminations: no recent termination.
• Felonies and misdemeanors: will review.
• DUI/DWI: experienced driver none in past 5 years; trainee none in past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Tarpping and strapping down loads.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and deliver freight on time.
• Maintain accurate logs and trip documentation; communicate with dispatch and driver managers.

• Experience Drivers: Must have minimum 6 months Flatbed experience and 1 year of Over the Road or Regional experience.
