Job summary

G.E.X Transport in Tennessee is seeking CDL A regional drivers for flatbed routes with weekend home time. Trainees must have 1 year of OTR or Regional experience; experienced drivers require 6 months flatbed plus 1 year OTR/Regional.

Pay is $1,400 to $1,600 per week plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus for experienced flatbed drivers. Home time is regional with weekends at home; duties include tarping, strapping, and timely freight delivery; minimum age 22; must pass DOT drug screen and background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 22 years old.
• Clean MVR and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen (urine test).
• Trainees: 1 year of OTR or Regional experience.
• Experienced drivers: 6 months flatbed + 1 year OTR/Regional experience.

Duties

• Complete pre trip and post trip inspections and deliver freight on time.

Requirements

• minimum age of 22.
• Clean motor vehicle record and background checks.
• Ability to pass a DOT drug screen, Urine Test.

Moving Violation:

No more 3 in the last 3 years.

Accident:

• No more than one at fault accident.
• Recent at fault rollover in the past year.

Felonies and Misdemeanors:

Will review.

DUI/DWI:

• Experienced: None in the past 5 years
• Trainee: None in the past 3 years.
• Go by conviction date.
