Job summary

Absolute Group's Trucking Division is seeking a Truck Driver. The ideal candidate has at least one year of operating experience and a Class A or B CDL with air brakes, able to haul materials between job sites using dump trucks and side dump trailers.

You must comply with safety and DOT regulations, be willing to travel in-state with occasional overnight stays, and adapt to a Monday–Friday schedule that may vary by project timelines.

  • Assess hazards and adjust routes to minimize risk.
  • Maintain logbooks and vehicle cleanliness.

Job description

We’re looking to hire a Truck Driverto join our Absolute Group Trucking Division. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of operating experience and a Class A or B CDL with airbrakes. Truck Drivers are responsible for transporting materials to-and-from job sites using dump trucks andside dump trailers. Truck Drivers must be able to think critically and use good judgement in order to detect, minimize and eliminate hazards on construction projects. Truck Drivers must also comply with safety and DOT regulations and are required to complete continuous training.Some infrastructure construction projects require in-state travel and overnight stays. A typical schedule is Monday-Friday but could vary based on project timelines. Saturday hours are occasional and based on demand.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience operating trucks and a Class A or B CDL without airbrake restrictionsand a clean driving record. Additionally, all candidates must have a strong work ethic, willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
