Zusammenfassung

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is looking for a delivery driver to serve customers, contractors and jobsites across the region. You will follow safety rules, wear PPE, complete delivery paperwork, and coordinate loads with dispatch, sales and customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of verifiable Class B driving, being 21+, ability to pass DOT physicals and drug tests, knowledge of DOT regulations, and capability to operate a forklift and lift up to 50 lbs in all weather.

• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Ability to learn new tasks and adapt to changing requirements.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, climbing stairs/ladders, works with chains/strap, performs inspections.

• Accurately complete corresponding delivery paperwork and work with production, sales and customers to communicate issues with loads and delivery time.
• Assist in unloading and loading of material for customers.
• Operate forklift, yard truck and other mobile equipment.
• Other duties as assigned in general support of the organization
