Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a self-motivated, customer-service oriented Delivery Driver in Miami, FL. The role focuses on staying active, loading and unloading cases, and handling a variety of trailers and delivery equipment throughout the shift.

Expect hourly pay, with progression after six months, and a benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and various family and wellness programs. Must be 21+ with a CDL A and ability to lift 50 pounds repeatedly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid CDL A with ability to maintain DOT Driver Qualification File.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds repeatedly.
• Excellent customer service and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver items using the specified equipment and routes.
• Load and unload cases using pallet jacks or hand trucks.
• Operate a variety of trailers and delivery trucks safely and efficiently.
• Comply with DOT regulations and company policies.

Total Rewards: Pay starting at $29.26 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $30.79 per hour in the quarter after their 6-month anniversary.
