Ryder System, Inc. is hiring a Class A Truck Driver in Newville, PA. The role offers a weekly pay model, full benefits after 30 days, and a safety-focused team environment.

You will operate sleepers-tractors with automatic transmissions, delivering to PA/MD/NJ/NY and neighboring states, with regional and home-daily routes. The position requires a valid CDL-A, 9 months to 5 years of experience depending on the window, and a commitment to safety.

• Solo Miles Pay:$0.64 per Mile with 1000+ Miles per Week
• Solo Stops Pay:$15.00 per non touch Stop and $40.00 per Touch stop

• Safety Bonus:Pays You $500 Four Times A Year, Every Quarter

• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Monday – Friday
• Per Diem: $25.00 per night out 1-2 nights out per week

Requirements

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder Background and Motor vehicle check including Drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Provide appropriate CDL and endorsements for the position
• Must have Class A verifiable experience in a tractor trailer or comparable vehicle:
• 9 months experience within the past 3 years, OR
• 2 years’ experience within the last 5 years, OR
• 5 years’ experience within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations policies and/or procedures
