MLB Workforce, LLC is seeking a Local CDL-A Flatbed Driver in Charlotte, NC. This role offers home daily schedules, early start at 2AM, and a steady local route hauling steel with late-model equipment. Compensation is $30.00–$31.00 per hour with overtime after 40 hours and weekly pay.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of CDL-A driving and flatbed experience, steel hauling background, a clean DOT physical, and a safe driving record. Local commute to Charlotte required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of CDL-A driving experience.
• At least 1 year of flatbed experience.
• Steel hauling experience required.
• Valid DOT medical card/Physical.
• Clean MVR – no more than 3 moving violations in 3 years.
• Ability to commute or relocate to Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities

• Local flatbed steel hauling with industry-leading equipment.
• Home daily with a 2:00 AM start time.
• Early morning shifts, Monday–Friday.
• Operate late-model, well-maintained equipment.
• OT eligible after 40 hours per week.
